Luthra and Luthra Law Offices advise SBI on re-financing transactions for national highways project
The sanctioned assistance amounted to Rs.5988.30 million
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices has advised and acted on behalf of the State Bank of India in connection with financial assistance sanctioned for Binjhabahal to Telebani Section.
It was for 414.000 km to 491.710 km (design chainage 414.982 km to 493.300 km) of the National Highway-6 (new NH-49) Highway Private Limited (an Oriental group company).
The purpose was re-financing of the existing secured indebtedness of the borrower company availed in relation to rehabilitation and up-gradation of 4-laning of Binjhabahal to Telebani Section. It comes under Odisha's National Highways Development Project (NHDP) Phase-IV on the design, build, operate and transfer of the hybrid annuity model of the National Highways Authority of India.
