Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has provided Legal Counsel to Rath AG in its acquisition of a 33% stake in the share Capital of Avanee Refsol Private Limited. The transaction, aimed at bolstering Rath AG's presence in the manufacturing, selling, and trading of high-temperature refractories, signifies a strategic move for both companies.
The acquisition is poised to enhance Rath AG's market position and capabilities in the refractory industry. With production facilities slated to be established in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with Avanee Refsol's Partners, Rath AG is gearing up for increased production capacity starting from the beginning of 2025. The Projected Annual Capacity of 20,000 tons of refractory products outlines a comprehensive two-stage plan for expansion.
