These are listed on the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has guided DAM Capital Advisors Limited, JM Financial Ltd and PL Capital Markets Pvt Ltd on qualified institutions placement of 3,56,66,675 equity shares aggregating Rs.92,020.02 lakhs of Valor Estate Ltd (formerly known as DB Realty Ltd).
The equity shares were allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs.258 per share (including a premium of Rs.248 per share). The equity shares are listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
