The shares were listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and the offer size aggregated to Rs 5,100 million (approximately USD 75 million).
The team advised on all aspects of Indian law in relation to the offering, including drafting of offer documents and negotiation of transaction agreements.
