L&L advised on the Initial Public Offering of Sheela Foam Limited (the company behind the flagship 'Sleepwell' brand of mattresses and home comfort products). The shares were listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and the offer size aggregated to Rs 5,100 million (approximately USD 75 million).
The team advised on all aspects of Indian law in relation to the offering, including drafting of offer documents and negotiation of transaction agreements. Edelweiss Financial Services Limited and ICICI Securities Limited were the book running lead managers to the offer. The transaction team was led by Partners Manan Lahoty & Vishal Yaduvanshi.​
