NovoJuris Legal, an innovative new-age law firm, has advised VidyutTech on raising approximately Rs.82.9 crore ($10 million) in a mix of equity and debt from a Series A fundraise led by 3one4 Capital.

Those participating in the fundraiser included Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund, Saison Capital, Alteria Capital, AL Trust and LV Angel Fund.

NovoJuris Legal guided the transaction and handled the drafting and negotiations of the documents.
