AZB & Partners advised Nykaa Fashion Private Limited (Nykaa - subsidiary of FSN E – Commerce Private Limited) in the acquisition of the business of Pipa Bella Accessories Private Limited (Pipa Bella).
Nykaa is an online Indian lifestyle retailer of beauty, wellness, and fashion products. It also has offline stores. In April 2020, Nykaa raised Rs. 100 crores from Steadview Capital, thus making it a unicorn startup valued at US$ 1.2 billion. In May 2020, Steadview pumped another Rs. 67 crore in Nykaa.
Pipa Bella is a revolutionary digital fashion brand, offering trendy fashion jewellery and accessories to women.
According to Nykaa, Pipa Bella, along with other consumer brands, will be an integral part of Nykaa Fashion's offline expansion this year.
