P&A Law Offices advises Global Edge in its 100% acquisition by Altran

France-based Altran Technologies, SA acquired Global Edge Software Limited, a Bangalore-based company specializing in product engineering and IoT connectivity.

HSA Advocates, K&L Gates, and KPMG India acted for Altran, while P&A Law Offices and EY India acted on behalf of the shareholders of Global Edge Software Limited.

P&A Law Offices acted as the Counsel for Global Edge and its shareholders. The P&A team included Managing Partner Anand S. Pathak, Partner Anil Kumar, Senior Associate Ishan Roy Chowdhury, and Associates Siddhartha Srivastava and Ishani Dash.
