The prominent corporate law firm in India, River Law advised Susquehanna Asia Venture Capital and Elevation Capital on Skydo’s US $10 million Series A financing round. Skydo is building a transparent and efficient cross-border payments platform for global exporters and SMBs, enabling businesses to receive international payments with clear pricing, faster settlements, and automated compliance. The platform already serves over 30,000 Indian MSMEs across 32 currencies. This investment will support Skydo’s expansion into 20+ countries and strengthen its payouts, compliance, and developer-API stack.
