Sanjay Gupta has joined Link Legal as a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. Sanjay has extensive experience providing innovative and strategic advice on various legal matters ranging from conventional to financial, business issues, corporate affairs, complex legal matters and litigation, as well as, non-legal strategy-based negotiations, conciliations, amicable dispute resolutions and out of court settlements for both domestic & foreign clientele in India & overseas. He represents clients across diverse sectors & industries including manufacturing, IT, hospitality, aviation, real estate, etc.
Sanjay is a graduate from the University of Delhi in the 1994 batch.
Prior to joining Link Legal, Sanjay had spent more than 20 years at Bhasin & Co. He started his career with a senior advocate before joining Bhasin & Co.
Sanjay’s addition will further strengthen the firm's capability in the Dispute Resolution practice.
