According to sources, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas had declared an appointment of Phoenix Legal counsel Mukul Baveja as its new junior salaried partner.
Shardul Amarchand Mumbai managing partner said, “He welcomed Mukul Baveja on board and that he would add to the firm's "already strong team".
In 2012, Mukul Baveja had commenced working at Phoenix Mumbai from FoxMandal Little in Delhi, having begun his career with a nearly three-year stint at Singh & Singh Associates in 2004, following the graduation from Amity Law School. He holds an LLM in intellectual property (IP) from the University of London's Queen Mary College.
Phoenix Mumbai co-founding partner Sawant Singh commented, "The IP team will continue to advise clients with oversight from the partners who have the wherewithal to service IP work.Shardul Amarchand's IP practice is headed up by equity partner Dev Robinson.
