The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Jinyoung Electro-Mechanics Co. Ltd. (JEM) on the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Jinyoung Sandhar Mechatronics Private Limited (JSM) from Sandhar Technologies Limited.
With this acquisition, JSM becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of JEM.
