Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Panthera Growth Fund ("Panthera") in the primary round of investment in Innoviti Payment Solutions Private Limited. Panthera led the Series D round's investment from its recently announced Fund II, along with new investors, including Alumni Ventures, Patni Family Office, and existing investors FMO and Bessemer Venture Partners, Netherlands.
Panthera is a growth investment firm partnering with digital/tech driven companies across consumption or enabling infrastructure, SaaS, and analytics across India and South-East Asia.
