Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Advised Shoden Developers Private Limited (House of Hiranandani Group) on the Acquisition of Property at Andheri, Mumbai
The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Shoden Developers Private Limited (part of the House of Hiranandani Group) on the acquisition of a property located at Andheri, Mumbai.
As part of this transaction, SAM advised on all legal aspects, including conducting title due diligence of the property and drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents. The transaction was structured as an acquisition of a land parcel admeasuring approximately one acre, together with a commercial building situated in Andheri, Mumbai.
The House of Hiranandani Group plans to develop a premium commercial tower on the site with an investment of approximately INR 500 crores and a total leasable area of around 4,00,000 sq. ft.
The SAM transaction team was led by Bhoumick Vaidya (Partner), with support from Harshini Kotecha (Principal Associate), Yash Bhansali (Associate), and Nishikaa Kanakia (Associate Trainee).
