Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Skill Lync in its acquisition of Crio
The edtech startup offers courses for engineering students by partnering with industry experts
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Skill Lync in its acquisition of Y Combinator-backed experiential learning edtech platform Crio.
While Crio's founders are Rathinamurthy Rathinasamy and Sridher Jeyachandran, its investors include 021 Capital Scheme, Mekin Maheshwari, Ravi Garikapati, Vaibhav Gupta, Sujeet Kumar and Ankit Nagori.
The Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas transaction team was led by Abhishek Dubey (partner), Siddhant Maheshwari (associate), and Ishita Sinha (associate). Apart from Abhishek Dubey and Siddhant Maheshwari, the due diligence team comprised Pallov Upadhyay (associate) and Shatakshi Gupta (associate).
Khaitan & Co. acted as the advisors for Crio and 021 Capital Scheme.
