Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Times Internet Limited on the sale of its "DineOut" platform, being India's leading dining out and restaurant tech platform, to Swiggy, for an all-stock deal at an undisclosed value. The date of signing of definitive agreements was 12 May, 2022.

TIL was advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and its General Counsel Mr. Sahil Vohra.

The transaction team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co was led by Nikhil Sachdeva, Partner; Abhishek Dubey, Partner; Mayank Malhotra, Senior Associate; Shatakshi Gupta, Associate; and Kriti Chatrath, Associate. The competition law team was led by Aparna Mehra, Partner; Rahul Rajiv Shukla, Senior Associate and Ritesh Puri, Associate.
