Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co) advised Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited in connection with issue of rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of a principal aggregate amount of INR 1,500 crore by Embassy Office Parks REIT, the first real estate investment trust listed in India, at a 6.70% quarterly coupon rate, issued in two tranches, with the first tranche of INR 750 crore allotted on September 9, 2020, and the second tranche of another INR 750 crore allotted on October 27, 2020.
