Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas And Trilegal Acted On JNK India's ₹6,494.74 Crores IPO
JNK India Limited made its initial public offering, consisting of a fresh issue of equity shares totaling ₹6,494.74 crores.
The equity shares of JNK India listed at a premium of over 50%.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised JNK India on this IPO.
The Transaction Team consisted of Prashant Gupta (Partner, NP Head - Capital Markets), Sayantan Dutta (Partner), Sanjeev Chowdhary (Senior Associate), Rakshita Poddar (Associate), Debolina Mitra (Associate), and Jayant Saxena (Associate).
Trilegal represented the book-running lead managers, IIFL Securities and ICICI Securities. Leading the transaction were Capital Markets Partners Bhakta Patnaik and Albin Thomas. The team included Senior Associate Bhargavi Mahajan, along with Associates Jahanvi Jain, Janhavi Shah, Akanksha Goel, and Shambhavi Sharma.
The IPO witnessed an overall subscription of over 27.22 times, with the qualified institutional buyers component oversubscribed by more than 75.72 times, and the non-institutional buyers component oversubscribed by over 23.26 times.
