(SAM) advised OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited (“OneAssist”) and Bolttech Device Protection India Private Limited (together, the “Purchasers”) on their INR 174 crore (USD 21 million) acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CPP Assistance Services Private Limited (“CPP India”) from CPP European Holdings Limited and CPP Holdings Limited (together, the “Sellers”).

The transaction represents a significant strategic step for the Purchasers in strengthening their service offerings in India.
