Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Sembcorp Green Infra on ~INR 1,700 crore acquisition from ReNew
The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM), acted as legal counsel to Sembcorp Green Infra Private Limited (“Sembcorp”) in connection with its ~INR 1,700 crore (USD 190 million) acquisition of 100% stake in ReNew Sun Bright Private Limited (which owns and operates a 300MW solar power asset in Rajasthan) from ReNew Private Limited (“ReNew”).
The Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. team was led by Jatin Aneja (Partner and National Practice Head – Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance) and Dhrupad Pant (Partner), along with Ishita Sehgal (Principal Associate), Suryansh Srivastava (Associate), Pratyush Gupta (Associate), Abhishek Choudhary (Associate), and Khushi Joshi (Associate).
