Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Hires Four Partners From BMR Legal

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas hired four partners (Partner Amit Khansaheb in Gurgaon, Partners Roshan Thomas and Siddharth Nair in Bangalore, and Partner Kaushik Mukherjee in Mumbai) along with their teams from BMR Legal.

Reportedly, more than 30 lawyers from BMR Legal would be moving to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, except Managing Partner Mukesh Bhutani and the tax team.

In this regard, an official from BMR Legal said, “Our M&A Law Partners have decided to pursue their career interests outside of BMR Legal and are moving to a larger platform for the growth of their practice and team. We wish Amit and his team good luck and success in their future endeavors.
