Erstwhile Khaitan Legal Associates Partner Sharmil Bhushan has joined HSA Advocates earlier this month as a Partner.
She had joined Khaitan Legal Associates in 2018 from Essel Finance where she was Head of Legal and Compliance. As a Legal Counsel she was heading the legal and compliance team of all the verticals under Essel Finance including AIF Category II Fund, NBFC, Forex-AD II, PMS, Distribution, etc.
She also has experience of court practice wherein she has assisted and followed up litigation matters in several forums, including the High Courts and Supreme Court of India.
She has graduated from Government Law College in 2006.
