SNG & Partners has advised a large global multinational bank in India in relation to green loan facilities amounting to INR. 450 Crores sanctioned to Manyata Promoters Private Limited for its green project namely Embassy Manyata Business Park, located at Bengaluru.
SNG provided legal advisory and documentation support, negotiating and finalizing the facility and security documents. The team coordinated effectively with both the lender and the borrower to ensure prompt document settlement.
