SNG & Partners Advised SBI On Term Loan Facility To FA Power Renewables

SNG & Partners assists State Bank of India, in granting a rupee term loan facility to FA Power Renewables Hindupur Private Limited, for the purpose of setting up a ground mounted, grid connected, solar power generation project at Neelakandapuram Village, Madakasira Mandal, Madakasira, Sri Sathya Sai, Andhra Pradesh, India, under open access scheme.

The scope of work included conducting due diligence of the project documents and negotiating, drafting and finalisation of finance and security documents.

The transaction team consisted of Sharad Joshi (Partner), Rachit Verma (Senior Associate) and Aditi Mishra (Associate).
