SNG & Partners acted as the legal advisor to the subscribers of the senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, aggregating to INR 75,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Seventy-Five Crores) issued by Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited.
The Firm advised the subscribers on transaction and the provided legal support in drafting and finalising the disclosure document, transaction documents in relation to issuance of the listed non-convertible debentures and providing legal handholding to the Issuer in relation to drafting and finalising the disclosure documents subsequent to change in the SEBI NCS Regulations.
