SNG & Partners Assisted Investors And Debenture Trustee In Issuance Of Debentures By DLF Home Developers Ltd.
SNG & Partners has assisted the investor and the debenture trustee in a significant financial transaction involving the issuance of 60,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures by DLF Home Developers Limited. Each debenture has a face value of INR 1,00,000, amounting to a total issuance value of up to INR 600 crores (INR 600,00,00,000).
DLF Group has 215 million square feet of development potential across residential and commercial segments. The group has an annuity portfolio of over 42 million square feet.
Acting as the legal counsel for the investors and the debenture trustee, SNG & Partners provided comprehensive legal guidance throughout the transaction. Their services included thorough review, negotiation, and finalization of transaction documents, as well as the subsequent listing of the debentures on the stock exchange.
