One of the largest deals in Indian aviation history have been signed between SpiceJet and Boeing. SpiceJet to purchase up to 205 next-generation Boeing aircraft valued at around Rs. 150,000 crore ($22 billion).
Link Legal India Law Services was the sole Indian counsel on the deal, acting for SpiceJet. The team included Partner Anand Srivastava, Associate Partner Durgesh Singh and Associates Kashish Arora, Priya Nagpal and Rahul Dave.
Kaye Scholer LLP, London was the international counsel for SpiceJet, while Boeing was represented by an in-house team.
