S&R Acted for placement agents In The Institutional Placement Of Units By India Grid Trust

S&R Associates represented Axis Capital, Ambit, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) and SBI Capital Markets, placement agents, in the INR 6.69 billion institutional placement of units by India Grid Trust, India’s first listed infrastructure investment trust in the power sector.

The S&R team was led by partner Pratichi Mishra, and included associates Dhanush Dinesh, Anmol Kanodia, Gunjeet Singh and Shiv Kumar Sharma.
