S&R Associates represented ICICI Securities Limited, the book running lead manager, in the Rs. 4.6 billion qualified institutions placement of equity shares by Prestige Estates Projects Limited, a leading real estate developer in India.
According to the Stock Exchange announcement, the Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Prestige Estates Projects Limited, at its meeting held on February 5, 2020, approved the allotment of 1,24,20,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 372.50 per Equity Share i.e. at a premium of Rs. 362.50 per Equity Share[(which includes a discount of Rs. 19.4 (4.95% of the floor price) to the floor price)] , aggregating to approximately Rs. 463 crores pursuant to the Issue.
