The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Prudential plc, in its INR 48.15 billion (approximately US$535.75 million) pre-IPO M&A placements sale, involving the divestment of an aggregate 4.5% of the total equity share capital of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited to various investors.
