S&R Associates advised Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited on the IPO and pre-IPO placements of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited
The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Prudential plc, in connection with the initial public offering and pre-IPO placements of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited.
The transaction raised aggregate proceeds of INR 154.18 billion (approximately US$1.71 billion), comprising INR 106.03 billion (approximately US$1.17 billion) through the IPO and INR 48.15 billion (approximately US$535.75 million) through pre-IPO placements.
The transaction marked the largest IPO by an asset management company in India and the fourth-most subscribed IPO in the country.
The S&R Associates’ IPO advisory team was led by Sandip Bhagat (Partner) and Juhi Singh (Partner), with support from Shwetank Sharma (Associate), Ayushi Shrivastava (Associate) and Ishika Patnaik (Associate).
