S&R Associates Advised Roadstar Infra Investment Trust
S&R Associates advised Roadstar Infra Investment Trust, an infrastructure investment trust which owns and operates road assets, its sponsor Roadstar Infra and Roadstar Investment Managers Limited in the distribution and listing of 455.4 million InvIT units (face value INR 100 each) at an enterprise valuation of INR 85.76 billion on the BSE and NSE. This unit distribution by IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited and certain other IL&FS group entities to their respective creditors pursuant to a private placement is part of the debt resolution framework for Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited approved by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in its orders dated March 12, 2020 and May 31, 2022.
