S&R Associates advised the broker in the INR 28.27 billion bulk deal sale of 176.3 million equity shares of Zomato Limited, a listed company operating a food delivery app, by Antfin Singapore Holding Pte. Ltd. on the Indian stock exchanges. Antfin held 6.32 percent stake in the food delivery company till December 2023.
