S&R Associates Represented Data Infrastructure Trust
S&R Associates represented Data Infrastructure Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust sponsored by an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management, in connection with INR 135 billion in Debt Financing arrangements in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ATC Telecom Infrastructure and repayment of existing debt. The financing includes the INR 79 billion issuance of listed non-convertible debentures to registered foreign portfolio investors with affiliates of BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank, MUFG and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as anchor investors, the INR 18.5 billion issuance of listed non-convertible debentures to domestic investors and a INR 37.5 billion term loan facility provided by a lender consortium including ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank.
