S&R Associates represented IHH Healthcare in strategic collaboration between Fortis and Gleneagles India

S&R Associates represented IHH Healthcare Berhad (“IHH”), a world-leading integrated healthcare provider, in the strategic collaboration between its Indian subsidiaries Fortis Healthcare Limited (“Fortis”) and Gleneagles Healthcare India ("Gleneagles India"). Under this collaboration, Fortis will manage the operations of five hospitals in the Gleneagles India network through an operation and maintenance services agreement.

The S&R Associates team was led by Rajat Sethi (Partner) and Raya Hazarika (Partner) and included Stuti Dhundia (Associate) on corporate matters. Simran Dhir (Head of Competition Practice), Akshat Kulshrestha (Partner) and associates Prerana De, Sehaj Mahajan and Ritik Mohapatra represented on competition law aspects. Niti Dixit (Partner) represented on litigation aspects.
