S&R Associates represented Kotak Mahindra, SBI Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Citigroup on State Bank of India’s INR 250 billion QIP
S&R Associates represented Kotak Mahindra, SBI Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Citigroup, the book running lead managers, in the INR 250 billion qualified institutions placement (QIP) by the State Bank of India.
This transaction marks the largest QIP undertaken by an issuer in India, further reinforcing SBI’s capital strength and its position as the country’s largest bank.
The S&R Associates deal team was led by Sandip Bhagat (Partner) and Jabarati Chandra (Partner), with support from Mohnish Mathew, Bhavya Upadhyay, Sudipta Choudhury, and Akanksha Agrahari (Associates).
