S&R Associates Represented Midwest Limited in its INR 4.51 Billion IPO
The leading law firm in India, S&R Associates represented Midwest Limited, India’s largest producer and exporter of black galaxy granite, and the selling shareholders in its INR 4.51 billion initial public offering (IPO).
The transaction also included a pre-IPO sale of shares worth INR 2.80 billion by certain promoters of the company.
The S&R Associates team was led by Jabarati Chandra (Partner), with support from Mohnish Mathew (Associate), Gunjeet Singh (Associate), Sudipta Choudhury (Associate), Yashvardhan Singh (Associate), and Riya Shankar Sharma (Associate).
