S&R Associates Represented Oswal Pumps On Its ₹13.87 Billion IPO

S&R Associates represented Oswal Pumps Limited, a vertically integrated solar pump manufacturer, and its promoter selling shareholder Vivek Gupta, in connection with the company’s initial public offering (IPO) aggregating to approximately INR 13.87 billion.

Oswal Pumps is recognized as one of the leading manufacturers of energy-efficient and solar-powered pumping solutions in India, catering to the agricultural, domestic, and industrial sectors.

The S&R Associates team was led by Juhi Singh (Partner) and Shiv Bhargava (Counsel), with support from Ayushi Shrivastava (Associate), Nidhi Raj (Associate), and Utkarsh Mani Tripathi (Associate).
