S&R Associates represented Sattva Developers in Knowledge Realty Trust’s INR 48 Billion IPO
The leading Indian law firm S&R Associates represented Sattva Developers (Sattva), a sponsor of Knowledge Realty Trust, India’s largest (in terms of GAV and NOI as of March 31, 2025) and most geographically diverse REIT, in its INR 48 billion initial public offering. Knowledge Realty Trust is co-sponsored by Sattva and an affiliate of Blackstone Inc.
