S&R Associates Represented Vodafone Group In ₹153 Billion Sale Of Indus Towers Shares
S&R Associates has represented Vodafone Group, a leading multinational telecommunications company, in a significant bulk deal involving the sale of 484.68 million equity shares of Indus Towers Limited on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The transaction, valued at approximately INR 153 billion, constitutes 17.98% of Indus Towers' total equity share capital.
Indus Towers Limited, renowned as India’s largest mobile tower installation company, is pivotal in supporting the country’s Telecommunications Infrastructure.
The substantial stake sale reduced Vodafone's holdings in Indus Towers to 82.5 million shares, representing a 3.1% stake in the company.
The S&R Associates team advising on the transaction was led by Partners Rajat Sethi, Lakshmi Pradeep, and Meher Mehta. They were supported by Associates Komal Parakh, Aakriti Jalota, and Rohin Goyal.
