S&R Leads Legal Support for S&P Global's $975 Million Divestiture to KKR
Indian law firm S&R Associates advised S&P Global, a leading provider of credit ratings, benchmarks, and analytics in the global financial markets, on the Indian legal aspects of its $975 million divestiture of the Global Engineering Solutions Business to KKR, a global investment firm.
