The Precept-Law Offices Advised on Acquisition of Bhojraj Developers by BN Peak Power-4
The Precept-Law Offices advised and represented Bhojraj Developers Private Limited (“Bhojraj”), a special purpose vehicle of Tarbiya Construction and Infrastructure Private Limited, in its strategic acquisition by BN Peak Power-4 Private Limited (“BN Peak”), a subsidiary of BrightNight, a global renewable energy company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida.
