Trilegal acted in the acquisition of Zeco Aircon by Munters Group
Trilegal acted in the acquisition of Zeco Aircon by Munters Group
Trilegal advised Zeco Aircon Limited in its 100% acquisition by Munters AB Sweden through its wholly owned Indian subsidiary Munters India Humidity Control Private Limited on an enterprise value of INR 6,00,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Hundred Crore).
This is a significant transaction in the HVAC industry and amongst the largest deals in the Air Handling Unit segment.
Klas Forsström, President and CEO of Munters said in a Press Release, “ZECO is an excellent addition to Munters and constitutes an important step in developing our dehumidification business in India. I am very pleased to announce this acquisition which supports Munters growth journey.”
The company has three manufacturing facilities across north, west, and southern regions of India and a widespread network of sales offices across key regions in India, providing Munters with a strong platform for growth.
