Trilegal Advised A91 Partners on USD 665 Million Fund III Raise
Trilegal advised A91 Partners on the successful first and final close of its third fund at USD 665 million.
Trilegal’s role covered the entire fundraising cycle, from structuring to achieving a multi-investor single closing. The fund witnessed strong participation from both existing and new limited partners (LPs), underscoring the increasing investor confidence in A91 Partners' strategy. As one of India’s leading homegrown fund sponsors, A91 Partners continues to play a key role in shaping growth-stage investments in the country.
The Trilegal Asset Management and Funds team was led by Ganesh Rao (Partner), Aditya Jha (Partner), and Yash Bansal (Partner), with support from Jill Gada (Senior Associate), and Nayanikaa Shukla, Jaivish Harjai, Arpit Jhanwar, Karthik Madhusoodanan, and Srinidhi R. (Associates).
A91 Partners was also represented by Goodwin Procter (Hong Kong) LLP on international legal matters and by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and PricewaterhouseCoopers on tax-related aspects.
