Trilegal advised A91 Partners on the successful first and final close of its third fund at USD 665 million.

Trilegal’s role covered the entire fundraising cycle, from structuring to achieving a multi-investor single closing. The fund witnessed strong participation from both existing and new limited partners (LPs), underscoring the increasing investor confidence in A91 Partners' strategy.
