Trilegal advised Apollo Logisolutions Limited on the divestment of 100% of its shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary Kailash Shipping Services Private Limited, which is engaged in the business of operating a container freight station and providing logistics solutions. Pursuant to the transaction, 100% of the shareholding of Kailash Shipping Services Private Limited was acquired by Dahnay Logistics Private Limited.
