Trilegal advised Blackstone Inc. on investment in AI infrastructure provider Neysa Networks Private Limited
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal represented BCP Asia II Topco V Pte. Ltd., an affiliate of funds managed by Blackstone, on its primary investment in Neysa Networks Private Limited (“Neysa”), a fast-growing artificial intelligence acceleration cloud platform in India delivering mission-critical solutions to enterprises and government entities.
Blackstone and its co-investors have committed to provide equity capital of up to USD 600 million, based on which Neysa intends to secure an additional USD 600 million of debt financing, subject to documentation. This funding provides significant impetus to Neysa’s planned scale-up and deployment of over 20,000 GPUs in India, supporting the country’s AI development.
Other equity investors in this transaction include Teachers’ Venture Growth, TVS Capital, 360 ONE Assets, and Nexus Venture Partners.
