Trilegal advised book-running lead managers on Moneyview’s INR 15,000 million proposed IPO
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised the book-running lead managers—Axis Capital Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Limited—on the proposed IPO of Moneyview. The transaction comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 15,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 136,095,900 equity shares by existing shareholders.
Moneyview is a consumer-focused, digital-only, credit-led financial services platform, providing a full suite of financial products through its mobile application network of financial partners. As of FY2025, Moneyview is the largest full-stack digital lending platform among its unlisted peers in India, based on AUM.
