Trilegal advised British International Investment on USD 100 million investment in ReNew Photovoltaics

Trilegal advised British International Investment plc on its USD 100 million investment in ReNew Photovoltaics, a ReNew Group entity. This investment reinforces BII’s commitment to India’s renewable energy sector and strengthens ReNew’s ambition to scale its solar manufacturing capabilities.
