Trilegal advised BRLMs on SEDEMAC Mechatronics’ INR 10,873.50 million IPO
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal, advised the book running lead managers—ICICI Securities Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited, and Axis Capital Limited—on the initial public offering of equity shares by SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited.
The offering comprised an offer for sale of 8,043,300 equity shares of face value INR 10 each, aggregating to INR 10,873.50 million. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on 11 March 2026.
Founded in a lab at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited supplies control-intensive, critical-to-application electronic control units to leading original equipment manufacturers in the mobility and industrial markets across India, the United States, and Europe. The company is also the first in India to develop, design, and manufacture sensorless commutation-based integrated starter generator ECUs for two- and three-wheeler internal combustion engine-powered vehicles.
