Trilegal advised Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, on USD 300 million social bond issuance by Sammaan Capital
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal, advised Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, the sole bookrunner, on the Rule 144A/ Regulation S offering of the senior secured social bonds issued by Sammaan Capital, due in 2028 with a coupon of 8.95%, aggregating to USD 300 million.
The bonds were listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) in GIFT City, India.
