The transaction strengthens Fyle’s ability to deliver real-time expense management solutions and expands Sage’s portfolio of cutting-edge financial technology offerings for SMBs worldwide.
Fyle Technologies enables SMBs to track and manage expenses in real time using its advanced AI-powered platform. The acquisition marks a strategic move for Sage to deepen its presence in the expense management segment and offer more integrated solutions to its global client base.
